Management expert, John Maxwell once said, "Change is Inevitable. Growth is Optional."  We have certainly seen our share of accelerated change in the last few years. For employers, managing change includes educating employees on new skills, processes and procedures needed for job success in new work environments. 

Employers are increasingly relying on a combination of live lessons, recorded lessons, text lessons, attachments, surveys and other resources to provide employee online training quickly. This requires access on their mobile phones and other mobile devices.

As many companies are adapting to Hybrid (in-office/in-home) and dispersed workforces, on-line training is increasingly becoming the vehicle of choice for employee training. In fact, training has become critical for management of the rapid change companies are experiencing.

Brenan German explains in a recent Training magazine online article called, "Promoting Agility and Resilience in a Rapidly Evolving World", that having a well defined plan and clear communication strategy supported by training is critical to managing change in large organizations. 

Having a flexible training program is critical for fast deployment. This is increasingly important in a Hybrid work environment combined with the rapid change of pace in the mobile-first world. With so much training being deployed "just-in-time," it is important for employers to have a platform from which they can deploy customized training quickly.
